Don’t miss this opportunity to hear great minds from a range of sectors come together to answer the question “Who is the Guide?”: we will explore the topic of National Guidelines for hoarding behaviours in this year’s Annual Conference.

While our guest speakers will be offering their perspectives based on their expertise, there is a chance for you to engage with the topic too.

In the afternoon, there will be breakout groups exploring a range of relevant themes. Anyone in attendance can participate in focused discussions where you will have the opportunity to share your perspective and build upon the ideas of your peers.

“As an organisation, HoardingUK has always been a mental health charity. Our person-centred, time-managed and cost-effective programmes have holistically provided support.

As a member of the steering committee, it feels important that our focus remains on this – people with hoarding behaviour must lead the agenda.

We hope you will join us at the National Annual Conference. For the future, we have plans to ensure that this is not just a one-off, but a process of empowerment.

– Megan Karnes, Chair of HoardingUK

HUK is a proud member of Mental Health at Work

HUK have joined A Million Acts of Hope

Our Team’s wellbeing is paramount to us as an organisation: the important work we do at HoardingUK would not be possible without our incredible volunteers and staff, so we are committed to ensuring the welfare of our team with the help of Mental Health at Work. Not only do we benefit as an organisation, but the people we support will be the recipients of a higher quality service.

Bringing people together is the core of our work, so HoardingUK have joined the national campaign A Million Acts of Hope aiming to celebrate everyday acts of kindness to build a strong sense of community. Acts like volunteering, litter picking and neighbourhood support are all small ways to give back, but it could also include speaking with someone who is lonely, or helping a loved one reach out to us using our Helpline. We thank all those working tirelessly to create community instead of division.
